The owners and employees of the K9 Cabins & Dog Trails, Inc. sincerely appreciate your cooperation in respecting our policy regarding appointments for tours, drop-offs and pick-ups. This allow us to spend quality time
with your dogs and provide your K9 kid with the best care and atmosphere that makes him feel right at home.
We also appreciate being on time for drop offs and pick ups, so you and your pet are not waiting to be taken care of!!
No Check-ins after 4:00 PM
The reason for NO check-ins after 4:00 p.m. is to assure that your dog has some time to get acquainted and comfortable before dinner is served. This also is in the best interest of the other K9 guests in order to not interrupt our stress-free evening, dinner, potty break, evening play, tummy rubs and bed time routine.
Weekend Pick-ups, after hours airline arrivals are honored by appointment only. Obviously, emergency situations will occur periodically and we will try to accommodate you in that event.
No pick-ups or drop offs are available on major holidays such as New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. (There will be an additional $50.00 fee added to your bill if you have to pick up or drop off your dog on these holidays).
